"If I'm going to be a Jedi soon, then shouldn't I know more about the process?" O'vala smiled, though it was a goofy smile.

[Corvin Zell]

Corvin considered for a moment, then shook his head. "No."

Again, a moment passed, and he sighed. "Some parts of the Order operate a bit separately from the others. You've probably heard of the Jedi Shadows. It might end up going to them, if necessary."

[O'vala Aeser]

"Spooky," O'vala murmured, "I never really thought about it too much. Well, me in it." She poked her own cheek playfully. "I think I don't have the, uh, 'shadow' in me, so to speak." At least in that way. She could still be mad, just not conniving.

[Corvin Zell]

"Not everyone does." Corvin shrugged. "No shame in that. We all do what we must."

He grunted again. "I'll pass this along. Anything else?"

There was a lot on her mind still. But how could she talk to Corvin about girl problems? "Thanks for telling the others then. Would kind of suck to go around telling everyone."
