Located in the southern hemisphere of the planet, the Crystal Sea is a pristine ocean. Along the coast of Dewbright, white sand beaches and outcroppings of shiny rocks dot the border between land and sea. Among the seashells washed up on the beaches are smooth and polished crystals of various colors, often used in jewelry-making by the local populations. Local stories from long ago say that the crystals are the children of the radiant sky and the glittering sea, though no one really believes that to be more than just folklore. Scientists don't have a hard explanation for the presence of the crystals, but some scholars theorize that it comes from the strength of the Force on the planet.
There are a handful of small islands located near spots of volcanic activity, but their small sizes make them unsuitable for settlement, civilian and scientific alike.
