Feasting! (Day 7 Mid evening. Camp!)

Silas hadn't really expected to have to bake bread on a campfire, he had been thinking he'd at least have access to some sort of oven. Such was not so though, and he'd had to do some scrabbling earlier in the day to find some alternate ways to cook his contribuition,

It was done now though, and still slightly warm from it's time on the fire. By look on it it had even turned out pretty well, with a flaky crust and hopefully a soft interior. He'd find out soon enough though as he waited for thr girls to arrive, and the other guys to bring in their contribution to the smaall dining room.

Well, dining room was probably a bit of a exgareation, it was really s small camp table suronded by pillows, and covered in protable dinnerware, all kept blissfully dry under the tent he had temporaily cleared of roomates.

Corvin was keeping the stew warm, slowly stirring it as it bubbled. He'd also set up a little dry area with some tarp and poles. Clearly, he'd done this sort of thing before.

He was saying about as much as usual, and scowling. Which probably meant that he was in a fine mood, at least for him.

[O'vala Aeser]

Scowling was a fun pass time. O'vala sat in the tent, not looking too pleased, despite the occasion. If she had a dark set of robes, maybe she'd start wearing that.

"I wonder if Ares pudding turned out okay." Silas mused as he finished up preparations.

"I gave him a pretty good recipe, but he looked at it like it was written in Ryl."

Byron looked around the camp and was surprised to find people around the fire. He asked, “So… is this ghost story night? I didn’t see this on the schedule… and I am not even sure we have a schedule. But if this is ghost story time, count me in.”

Corvin snorted, but didn't otherwise comment. It wasn't entirely clear whether that was in response to ghosts, or pudding, or something else.

The stew smelled pretty good.

[Ares Pax]

Ares arrived with a bowl in his hands. "Hey all, sorry for being late. I..think I did it right." What people could see in the bowl was a dark brown fudge-like substance.

"I'm sure it's fine!" Silas shot a grin at aRe, before looking at Byrin. "Well, we were housting a dinner for the winning ladies of the volleyball match." He shot a grin at Valee. But I'm sure they won't mind you joining in!"

"Some ghost stories after might be cool too!"

A smile was given to ares as he arrive... "It looks choclatey to me!"

"I have no idea what any of that means, but it sounds like ghost stories could still happen," he said finding a seat.

They were still missing a couple ladies, but they seemed to want to be fashionably late, maybe that meant they were going to put on somethign special? "You ready to eat, Valee?" He asked the depressed looking girl with a broad smile.

"Dinner's about ready after all."

[Farissa Kho]

Well, if she was going to be treated to a special meal, Farissa had decided that she needed to dress up for the occassion. Though it was going to be way above the required dress-code, she still figured it would be fun.

And so the Pantoran knight arrived fashionably late, wearing a white dress with a thigh-high split on the side to show off her blue legs. "Good evening, chefs!" she said cheerfully.

Farissa's arrival caused Sials's brain to stop working, at least for a few moments. Sonn enough it rebooted though, and he flashed the Pantoran woman a broad smile. "Wow, you look great, Ionee." They were just missing Meli now.

Byron smiled and said, "I suddenly feel under dressed."

[O'vala Aeser]

"I guess I am." Farissa's dress barely even registered to O'vala. What was the point when there were greater things to worry about?!

At least she knew Silas made nice food.

Corvin looked up at Farissa's arrival, his eyes widening just the tiniest bit at her dress.

"Huh." He grunted, smirking. "Guess I should have worn my nice cloak, huh?" Everyone knew none of his cloaks were nice.

"I thought you were wearing the nice cloak," Byron joked with a smile.

"In that case it is official, I deem Knight Corvin, the Queen of the Feast. Long may he reign."

[Zizzy Roosh]

Zizzy turned up in her regular all-action Jedi clothes that were well-fitted but did not provide the same emphasis as the swimsuit. She smiled at Farissa. "Wow, check you out. Inspirational Team Captain!" A wink was thrown at O'vala as she walked over to offer high fives to the girls.

"Smells good boys. What delicacies are we enjoying this evening?"

Msybe he needed to make dresses that showed off legs for all the girls? Silas thought, his eyes moving to Meli as she arrived.

"Tonight we present you with delicious stew, as well as some crusty bread and a super chocolatey pudding for dessert." Silas offered with a grin.

"Followed by an evening of ghost stories." He added a few moments later, might as well right?

"Stew." Corvin grunted. He held up a ladle-full, in case the word 'stew' wasn't clear enough. It looked like quite the collection of ingredients, many of them local.

Byron was all in for the ghost stories.
