On a Mountain Side (Day 5 Mid Afternoon)

"It might be saying there is no need to control one's emotion then?" Silas replied thoughtfully. "That one should relsih in them, and not avoid them? Well, if they are loosely basing their teachings off the Jedi Code."

Which kinda made a little sensse, as they seemed to have ripped off portions of it.

[Eir]

Silas' words triggered an epiphany, "that's brilliant, Silas! We've been assuming that the 'peace' in 'peace is a lie' refers to battles and wars. But what if they mean that inner peace? Maybe they are saying that the sense of serenity that we strive for is the lie?" her words were coming out in an excited rush. "I think you're right, if inner peace is a lie, then one can let their emotions run rampant." Eir's glowing eyes danced and sparked as her mind unlocked this new information.

It did make a lot of sense now that he thought about it. "Yeah, which means you act on your impulses, well as much as you can? Strive for the things you want, and don't let obstacles get in your way?" It was all a lot of guess work really.

"I suppose that's why they were tormenting that Ithorian family then, because they wanted to? They thought it would be fun, and there was no self control to stop them."

[Eir]

Eir pulled a face, "weird idea of fun. But they might have been trying to provoke Glade in a way that would make the Force manifest? Maybe they thought if she got scared or angry enough, she'd try to protect herself?" Eir thought there were times when Jedi had moved things they normally couldn't, or had sudden a sudden prophetic vision once and never again.

"I suppose thats a possibility? Helping her take a step towards the dark side of the force as it were?" It was as much explanation as anything he had come across. "Really though, the way that girl was insulting all of us, I think she just likes being mean."

[Eir]

Eir stuck out her tongue and made a farting noise, she resented the pretty waifish Sith girl.

"My thoughts exactly." Silas replied with a laugh.

"She may as well of been farting out of her mouth."

[Eir]

"What the heck was she wearing, anyway?" Eir asked with a laugh.

[Silas Myles Pearson]

"It's the type of outfit rich girls go to dschool in." silas explained with a smile. "A bit dated by republic standards of fashion, and I don't think the colors really fit her either." The stocking had been nice though, and the gap between them and her skirt.

"it's not clothing for everone, though I suppose with a few changes, you would look cute in somethign like that."

[Eir]

Eir looked at Silas with incredulous scepticism, she thought of herself as 'small', and 'tomboyish', but never 'cute', "whaaa?" Still on the young side, Eir had no hips to speak of and barely any breasts, and the whole short thing. "Pfft, did you hit your head when I wasn't looking?"

"Nope!" Silas replied with a bright smile.

"Well, not that I could tell at least." His eyes drifted towards the sky. "Unless it happenes to be raining invisible rocks or something." He looked back and offered her another smile. "Maybe I can make you somethign like that sometime? I'm sure Que would love ot see it."

"If we do get to have that party, then sure, why not?" What's the worst that could happen? Eir smiled dubiously, maybe Silas's special designer magic could fool people into thinking she looked cute.

"Awesome! I'll send you some designs later, and you can pick out one you like." He wasn't sure if they'd have the party yet, but it was a possibility. "Blue's a good color for you, right?"

[Eir]

“Mhmm,” she nodded in agreement as they reached the end of the trail, the speeder they’d arrived on not far ahead now.

"Well, lets get going then." Silas replied as he walked towards the speeder.

"We should get cleaned up before meeting the sith aftter all."

[Eir]

Eir slung her pack into the speeder and clambered up, "sounds good."

Silas jumped in, making sure Eir was ready before turnign the speeder on and heading back towards the city.
