The port report (Day 6 EM the starport)

"Okay! Enjoy your Caf." Another smile was beamed at the pair, and Silas turned to leave.

This was a start at the very least, maybe the could poke around the port itself a bit more. Well, unless Byron had more questions for the two.

Byron followed Silas, he was done here. Once outside he said, "What's the plan? Check out the Sith ship, or follow the rules?"

"Well, do we know exactly when the first disappearance happened?" Silas asked after a moment. "I know the kiliks have been here 30 something days, maybe more. And we can contribute three of the disappearances to them."

"I was curious about the others though. We shouldn't rule out these Ogon trade Conpany people after all. Even if they have been here on a shorter timeline."

"So let's check out the Ogon folks, and rule them out if we can," he offered.

[Silas Myles Pearson]

"Okay. I'd avoid hoping into any docking bays myself, I mean I told those employees I wouldn't."

"Maybe we can ask some of the people around here though?"

See if anyone is leaving the or entering the Port more then is normal? Maybe with what looks like large shipments?"

There were a few other workers as the hour dragged on, but they mostly seemed to be doing maintace stuff. No sign of large shipping boxes or the like.

"Any chance we can look up what this Ogon company does?" he said.

[Silas Myles Pearson]

"Couldn't hurt to try." Silas replied, pulling out his datapad and attempting to connect to the galactic net.

If possible he'd then start looking up information on Ogon trade company.

The Ogon Trade Company (OTC for schort) was not a company that worked within the bounds of Republic space. At a glance, their public information spoke about providing work opportunities and labour, but the two smart boys could quickly deduce that they were using a lot of flowery words to prettify that they were in the business of selling or buying slaves, as well as selling slave labour to those who could pay.

Threat used for limited information due to the atmospheric disturbances making it difficult to connect.

"Slavers." Silas murmured as he looked over the information with Byron. "They are a bunch of dirty slavers."

"Staying this long means they are doing business here too."

[Byron Mik]

"So we either have Sith doing weird stuff with kidnappers or slavers taking slaves and selling them off world... I am going with slavers," he said firmly.

"Or maybe both? The images were pretty clear on the lightsabers."

[Silas Myles Pearson]

"Could be." Silas agreed after some thought. "Both of them I mean, though I am starting to think that one of the Sith's numbers have gone missing too."

"Maybe that's who the Sith Apprentice came to our hotel looking for?" He frowned and looked at Byron. "I suppose it would be wiser to deal with Ogon first though, if we find traces of all the missing people there. Well, we don't risk causing a galactic incident."

[Byron Mik]

"So time for Operation Punching Slavers?" Byron said with a smirk.

"I mean peaceful but aggressive negotiations with galactic filth, if that helps."

[Silas Myles Pearson]

"Just about..." Silas replied with a nod. "I'd suggest we tell the masters first though, and get some people along to help."

"If they have been here this long and collected this many slaves, I assume they are a pretty sizable operation. Just two of us likely would get caught."

"Maybe we can figure out what kind of ship they have though? It could give us a idea of their crew compliment."

[Byron Mik]

"I wonder if port staff can get access to their dock, and if so where we could get some staff uniforms to borrow," he offered.

[Silas Myles Pearson]

"Well they told us only port officals had access, so I figure we could get in with uniforms." Silas offered after a thoughtful moment. "But I'm not sure if we could find any unifroms around here.

There was a lingering pause. "It might be a better bet to see if we can access any security camera's they have in that dock." Farissa might be ablle to get them uniforms, but was that the best way to go abotu it? At least right now.

"Let's see if we can find some cameras to slice, as much I like to be by the book, Jedi Cop get's the job done, no matter what," he said with a chuckle.

"Let's find a place to slice in with moderate privacy."

Obtaining Uniforms and peeking into a private dock wasn't really all that by the book either, but Silas wasn't going to argue the point. Slicing into security systems was pretty illegal after all. It wasn't breaking his word to the employees here though, which should count for something.

"Alright, we find a place, and we can see if it's even possible. If not, we find another way?"
