"Okay gang, we're moving. Keep your heads down and no heroics. Especially from you Reg." Zizzy stuck her head out of the door and waited for the right moment.

Jumping down she helped the kids out and off into cover and safety. At least that was the plan.

The kids, ranging in age but mostly ten years or older, follow Zizzy's lead and thanks to her leadership skills, they don't make a fuzz.

Zanja watched the kids follow Zizzy out of danger with a rare satisfied expression on her face. But the fight was still going on, and they needed to make sure nobody pursued the rescuees. Not to mention maintaining the cover Farissa had established as a rival gang.

She pulled the blaster pistol from her waistband. "Ugh." I don't like these things. Toggling the beam setting to stun, she drew a bead on the group of goons approaching the scrum.

Zanja's ray of stunning power knocked out one of the goons, leaving only one standing.

Farissa wasn't the most proficient at fisticuffs, and even after taking a good aim, she felt her hand hurting a little. "Ugh. You're insufferable," she complained and backed off from him after the punch didn't take him down.

It seemed like things were slowly being handled but the threat still remained. She bit back the earlier frustrations from her lack of effective contribution and took a step forward with her blaster. This time around, it seemed she managed to score a stunning hit on the thug but at the cost of potentially making the target harder to hit by getting in someone's way.

Esla stunned down the remaining goon, leaving only their leader left. A shame she was in line of fire though...

“Esla! Keep your head down!” Zanja meticulously lined up another shot, this time on the leader of the crew. It struck as neatly as if she’d been in a shooting gallery.

Zanja's shot was enough to finish the job, and groggily their leader went down.

... There was still an alarm sounding off not far away. The kids were looking around in shock and disorientation as they followed Zizzy's lead away from where the shooting had gone down.

Oh yeah! Victory achieved, Silas started off in the direction of the controls. He really didnt want to leave that alarm going.

His wounds could wait too, the blasters burns were painful, but the first business was getting the kids away from there.

Flicking on the safety on her borrowed blaster, Eir tiptoed out from behind the plastisteel barrier to survey the damage, in a manner of speaking.

Esla likewise stowed her blaster away and made her way over to the vehicle, curious as to how the others were doing and the children there. She looked curiously to see if anyone needed help with anything.

"Kni--err, boss? You okay?" Zanja slunk out from the shadow of the speeder-truck door toward Farissa. She hadn't been able to see clearly what most of the others were up to or whether they'd been hurt, but she'd definitely witnessed the Jedi Knight getting into it with the leader of the slavers.

The Alarm going quiet told the rest of the members that Silas had finished his work, and soon enough he came jogging back over, the scorch marks on his armor proof enough of the times he had been shot.

It was tempting to use another stim, but with as espensive they were, he planned to rely on normal medical treatment when they got back to the temple.

"Yeah, I'm ok," Farissa gave a nod, wincing slightly over her bruises. It would be a fun trip to medical when they got back to the temple, and she hoped the other masters wouldn't get their collective panties too much in a twist. "How you guys holding up?"

There was some groaning from the unconscious ones on the ground... and there were two who were not stunned, but had taken heavy hits from real blaster bolts. They would probably need medical assistance soon.

In the vehicle, a voice over the comm was calling out. "Hello? What the kriff is going on?! What's happening? Hello?!"

Reg and the others seemed a little roughed up, and probably would benefit from a trip to a medical too to check them out for anything, but otherwise seemed to be in ok shape. Reg was for the moment excited about the rescue, completely not thinking about him getting into this trouble to begin with. "Zizzy! You came for us! And everyone too!"

Zizzy was checking over the kids and doing her best to keep their spirits up. "Of course we came Reg. The force told me you were in trouble. We couldn't let those Black Sun scum bags get away with this." She looked around the group. "You're all safe now. We'll all go back to the temple and get you checked out. Is that okay with everyone?"

Silas poked at the burn Mark's on his armor, it'd take some time to get those out. He'd just finished it too.

For the moment though he was buzzing off the pain killers in the stim packs so he shot everyone a thumbs up. "I'll live " He said with a grin his eyes turning towards the black sun radio.

"Should we answer that?"

"Temple? Wow, so it really is jedi!" one of the rescued kids said in surprise, clearly not having believed it at first.
"But... they're just kids!" another one pointed out as he looked at his tiny rescuers (not that he was any bigger than them).
