I feel like it was asked but I assume there is a place to work on vehicles for the Jedi on the grounds or is that at the spaceport?

Is Silas's question here something to which we could guess the answer based on our earlier Underworld/Streetwise rolls? Or do we need to look up the Silent Sun on SpaceYelp to check its hours of operation? :lol:

Just out of curiosity.

For down time it said you can use the workbench 3 times slots in a day.

Is that every day of the week we are traveling, so possibly 21 total? or just 3?

So, how much for the parts to repair to repair O'vala's practice saber? Though I suppose the better question is, what degree of broken is it?

Also, did you want me to go ahead and roll any potential crafting rolls?

Special Modifications provides crafting rules for bladed weapons that use the Melee skill; can we substitute the Lightsaber skill, or will that change the template?

Right. So after much thinking since Ancient Sword is in a completely different league than the Template Bladed Weapon, here's what the GMs have agreed on:

- It follows the crafting process of a Bladed Weapon as in Special Modifications.
- It needs 3 Advantages to fulfill the very basic of an (un)Ancient Sword, which is using Lightsaber skill instead of Melee and the Defensive 1 property.
- You will still need extra Advantages to increase the damage (template Bladed Weapon is +1 Damage, whereas Ancient Sword is +2).

Basically, an (un)Ancient Sword requires more skill to make than a regular bladed weapon.

Just to be sure I've got this right: if you succeed on your crafting roll, you get a regular Melee bladed weapon, but you can spend 3 Advantage to "improve" it to use the Lightsaber skill?

Correct.


Just to note: that only applies to weapons that can functional *similarly* to a lightsbaber, so a sword. No axes with Lightsaber skill, pls.
