D2, ME,- Chowing down

He nods. "That'd be cool. I don't know how to do most of that stuff, but it sounds like it would be useful. Fixing things when you're by yourself or making things fit better. Eir knows how to sew, but I've never even learned that much."

[Silas Myles Pearson]

"Pixie can sew!?" That was important information, he'd have to remember it. "But yeah, it is really useful, I can maybe teach you a bit sometime if you want to learn. If I finish my new toolkit you can use my old one to practice with too." He wouldn't need it anymore after all.

[Taime Jorel]

His eyes widened. "Really? You don't have to do that. I'd be happy just to learn a bit."

He remembered the odd nickname but it took a second. "Yeah, Eir tailored my robe to me. See?" He flipped up one of his cuffs to show the stitches.

[Silas Myles Pearson]

"Sure! I dont need two tool kits, so if you want it it's yours." Selling it seemed silly too when others could use it.

"Oh, those are some nice stitches." The young man offered thoughtfully as Que showed him his road. "She must have a lot of practice."

[Taime Jorel]

His smile broadened out. "Well, when you put it that way....thanks. I hope I can be a good student with you."

He says, a bit of usual seriousness poking through. "Really? I don't know much about it. Maybe she learned before she came to us."

[Silas Myles Pearson]

"I'm sure you'll do awesome." Silas replied with a grin. "Maybe we can build you some armor or something together." That would be fun.

"That makes sense." He murmured as he turned back towards his meal. "You don't get straight stitches without practice."

[Taime Jorel]

Taime also turned back to his food, enjoying it and chewing it for a moment. "What do you like to make most?"

[Silas Myles Pearson]

"Um. I like to make costumes, or armor that looks like costumes." Silas said after a thoughtful moment. "I suppose the second is my favorite though. Then it's cool looking and useful!"

[Taime Jorel]

Taime gives a definitive nod. "Usefulness is always good. But a little style doesn't hurt, or so Eir tells me all the time."

"Pixie seems to have a good head on her shoulders." Silas said with a nod. "Robes are comfortable and all, but I think they tend to separate us a bit from the populace as well."

"If that makes sense"

He stops chewing for a moment an then remembers what he's doing. "You have a point. But aren't we always sort of seperate? That's part of who we are, if we manage to become Jedi knights."

Silas nodded. "True enough, but should we make it so obvious that we're seperate?" He asked in return. "It makes us easier to target if nothing else."
