Saber's are Hard (Day 4 Mid Afternoon DLH)

[Silas Myles Pearson]

"Yup!" Silas replied confidently. "Just turn her on, and see how she shines, Valee!"

[O'vala Aeser]

"Okay then." O'vala picked up the assembled saber and turned it on. She did a few basic Ataru strikes in the air before setting it back down. She was happy for a moment but then looked at Silas with a worried look. "Kriff, I'm going to have to do this by myself later!"

[Silas Myles Pearson]

"You'll do fine." Silas replied with a grin. "You just helped put one together one after all."

[O'vala Aeser]

"Yeah but that was mainly using your brains, you know?"

[Silas Myles Pearson]

"But you still helped, and that's how you learn." His lips spread into a grin. "I'm sure you'll do okat by the time we get to that part."

[O'vala Aeser]

"If you say so." O'vala attached the saber to herself and began to stretch. "Gosh, I feel sore from all this."

[Silas Myles Pearson]

"Sore? It's not like you were exercising Valee." Silas replied with a soft chuckle. "Or was staying in one place for so long too much work for you?"

[O'vala Aeser]

"Yeah, maybe sore isn't the right word." The miralian continued her stretches. "Maybe just a bit tight? I dunno."

[Silas Myles Pearson]

"You probably need a massage or something." Silas replied with a nod. "Concetrating on small tasks like this for a long time can get into your musclles." HE stood up to stretch. "You get used to it after a bit, but it can be annoying."

[O'vala Aeser]

"Hm, we have the Jedi Healers, but do we have the Jedi Massage Therapists? Maybe they're one and the same."

[Silas Myles Pearson]

"Maybe? Maybe there are just some knight or masters who know how to give messages?" He frowned. "I dunno if you can give massages with the force after all, and even if you could wouldn't it be weird?"

[O'vala Aeser]

"A Force massage would be weird. I don't think that would constitute as a proper usage of the Force to the Council."

[Silas Myles Pearson]

"Probably not? Though I suppose technically it is using the force to help people." I mean unless it was some sort of kinky massage... Was Valee's mind in the gutter. He paused to look the young woman over. Probablly.

[O'vala Aeser]

O'vala crossed her arms, deep in thought. "I guess. But so could like other things too but I figured that using the Force was more for when it was necessary than just cause."

[Silas Myles Pearson]

"Well, one could say that using the force to heal isn't usually nesscary, there is modern medicine after all, and it will take time but most wounds will heal in good time with bacta. But the masters us e the force to heal anyways." He frowned for a moment.

"I suppose as long as you are doing it to help someone it's okay?"

[O'vala Aeser]

"Maybe you don't have the tools on hand though. Can't the Force sometimes heal better too?" O'vala scrunched her face. She wasn't so sure herself!

[Silas Myles Pearson]

"You would need to ask one of the Masters about that." Silas wasnt an expert on force healing.

He shook his head. "But as I was saying you could use a massage. I dont think we really need to discuss the semantics of force healings muscles."

[O'vala Aeser]

O'vala nodded. "Hm...."

She got distracted though. "Uh, where would I get a massage though?"

[Silas Myles Pearson]

"Ask one of the girls?" He offered with a shrug. "Or maybe Master Murah?"

"I suppose there are places where you could buy them too though."

[O'vala Aeser]

"Hm. I don't think I have the credits." O'vala sighed. "Guess I do need to see if massages are a Jedi thing after all."
