Return to the Temple of Bloom (Day 6 MM JT)

[Zizzy Roosh]

Zizzy nodded. "It's quite the mystery. We found a holocron down in the Works protected by a Gree robot. It's a long story but somehow I got force-bonded to the holocron." As she told the story she walked around the big chamber.

"Anyway, it's a Padawan inside, and it was only recorded about 6 years ago. The holocron is much older though - his Master recorded him over the previous personality."

[Silas Myles Pearson]

"Huh. That's a bit weird." Or at least it sounded weird to Silas. Who went recording over holocrons after all?

"Still, glad to hear that he is awake, maybe I'll come by and say hi to him sometime." It couldn't hurt to see him at least once.

[Ares Pax]

"So many people." Ares' response was belated, as he was caught up in the sense memories from the Temple.

"Do we know why this Temple has been abandoned?"

[Silas Myles Pearson]

"I figure it was abandoned during the jedi purge, and the order just hasn't had the time or resources to rebuild it." That at least seemed as likely as any explanation.

"Can't say I have looked up the exact reason though." Silas replied as he glanced down one of the side passages. "If that is the case though, I'd wager the sith temple was built around the same time."

[Zanja]

"You can do that?" Zanja looks worried at Zizzy's mention that the holocron was recorded over an older one. Almost seems like killing somebody. Not exactly, but...

"The purge? Like after the Mandalorian wars?"

[Eir]

Eir ooh’d enviously over Zizzy’s holocron and wondered what sort of resources would be needed to bring the Temple back to its former glory, but she didn’t have much to add the conversation at that point.

[Zizzy Roosh]

"I'm sure he'd be happy to say hello Silas." She nodded at Zanja. "That was my reaction too. Apparently his master knew how to do it."

[Silas Myles Pearson]

"Yeah, I mean this type of plant life doesn't grow over night, so it's been here a while." He glanced around the area.

"I suspect the fact that jedi coming by from time to time has kept the vegetation from completely over running the place."

Zizzy's answer in turn got a grin. "Cool, we'll figure out a good time then."

[Zanja]

"Wonder why they haven't re-opened it. The Order's pretty big again now." Zanja poked at a root that was busily working its way between the joins of the stone. "Jedi Masters like old ruins and stuff for some reason, though."

[Ares Pax]

"Hm, well the planet is neutral currently, so maybe they don't want to start a problem about it?" Ares proposed an idea.

[Silas Myles Pearson]

"That could be it." Silas replied thoughtfully. "Its hard to think of any other reason at least. Not with how jedi still come here."

[Zanja]

"Yeah. Makes sense." Zanja raised her eyebrows at Ares, acknowledging a good point. "The Sith might want to play, too. And then things would get tough for everyone else who lives here."

[Ares Pax]

Ares smiled. "It could be interesting to return here some day, and renovate the temple, don't you think? It's a beautiful place."

[Silas Myles Pearson]

"But you have to wonder how much of that beauty might be lost in the process." Silas mused as he looked around them.

"You'd likely need to clear at least some of the vegetation to make repairs after all."
