Day at the beach (D5, EA)

[O'vala Aeser]

O'vala wore an athletic one-piece, suitable for a surfer. It was tight, if one enjoyed that sort of thing, but showed little skin. Showing skin was something that the old O'vala did, after all.

The miralian kept her eyes off the others for too long. It would be improper, unchaste to stare.

Avilea did look pretty good though.

She crossed her arms, watching the game going on. She wasn't exactly sure how to pick sides for this.

"Hey, Valee! Come play." Silas said with a grin as he spotted O'vaka watching them.

"We're practicing until we get enough people for a game!" He explained in between hits of the ball.

[Esla Tor]

Esla was also here and potentially most likely not outdoing any of the swimsuits displayed so far. She wore leggings that reached just past the knees and a short sleeved top, both done in black and white horizontal striped patterns. The fair-skinned girl did her best to keep out of the sun with a black wide-brimmed hat, decorated with a pink bow. She found herself a spot with some shade and watched the others play ball.

O'vala shrugged and came in to start knocking the ball around. It didn't seem to be so hard, but that didn't diminish the excitement for her.

Ares forgot his feelings at all the girls for a moment to jump up and slap the ball. He jumped high, and managed to reach it at its peak.

"Hey Valaa." He said in excitement. "Do you like the beach?"

Perhaps Silas was getting slightly used to playing with the distraction of girls, or maybe the force was just on his side. Either way the next ball he hit was accurate and easy to return.

"Maybe we should play in pairs?" He asked with a smile. "Unless we want to try and recruit from the on lookers?"

Master Orgus very obviously pulled out a datapad and began to read it.

[Farissa Kho]

"Hey, if you don't think it unfair, I'll happily join you guys," Farissa said as she approached with a cold drink in hand. "How many more players do you need?"

[Mir]

Mir sat under a shade, his arms around his knees. He was lost at what to do with the whole beach thing. Huffing, he dug his feet under the sand.

[Corvin Zell]

"Hey, if you don't think it unfair, I'll happily join you guys," Farissa said as she approached with a cold drink in hand. "How many more players do you need?"

Corvin's gaze trailed Farissa as she walked over to the group of students. At her offer, he smirked.

"If she's in, I'm in." He grunted, wading closer in.

That swimsuit was most definitely going to be cheating, at least if Farissa bounced around half as much as Meli.

"I think it should be okay?" He replied after a moment, trying to keep his gaze at eye level with the blue woman. "I think Meli said we needed two more people after all." Two teams of three right?

[Jaric Kaedan]

When Farissa glanced in his direction, Jaric nipped her thoughts in the bud. "Not happening," he took a sip of his drink and made a vague gesture to the barbeque of why he was busy.

[Zizzy Roosh]

"Yes! I knew we'd get there in the end. Two teams of three is perfect." She bounced happily. "I think one Knight to a team for fairness. Who wants to be on my team?"

[Farissa Kho]

"You're no fun, grumpy-pants," Farissa did a brief grimace in Jaric's direction when he wasn't looking and then turned back to the kids. "Hmm... what about boys vs girls? Or is that too cliche?"

[Corvin Zell]

Corvin smirked. "I don't know. Sounds okay to me. What do you think, boys? We can take 'em, right?"

[Silas Myles Pearson]

"Probably." He replied to with a grin to Corvin. "I suppose the question then is if we make it a bit more interesting?"

"Maybe the losing team gets to cook dinner for the winning team at a later date?" Silas wasn't sure if Corvin would go with the friendly wager, but something told him Farissa would like it.

[Farissa Kho]

"That could be amusing," Farissa tapped her chin as she looked over Corvin and the two boys. "I figure Silas would be the most talented chef of the three of you."

[Corvin Zell]

"Could be." Corvin grunted. "Although you'd be surprised. Give me some canned rations, a frying pan, and a campfire, and I can work wonders." He scratched at his stubble. "Well, sorta."

[Zizzy Roosh]

"Girls team!" Zizzy happily ran over over to join Farissa. "Come on O'vala, let's show them how to play."

She offered team high fives. "I was going to say I bet Corvin has skills. Throws some bugs in there and I'm in." She stuck her tongue out then laughed. There might have been some more bouncing too.

(I think the boys should get setbacks for distraction )

Seeing as the teams were made, Esla meandered to take a peek to see what Jaric was making. At the very least, she could be the first to call dibs on stuff while everyone else was preoccupied with the game.
