Taime knocked softly on Silas's door, hoping he was still awake. After all the tension at the restaurant, he could use some relaxation. Maybe some Force Caliber 6 or something. He held a small to go container. It had been the only way of getting out of eating all the bugs.

It took a few moments, but soon enough Silas appeared on the other side, opening the door and peeking at who it might be.
"Oh! Hiya, Que. How are you?"

He sagged a little against the door. "I am in desperate need of someone who doesn't want me to eat bugs or has some kind of bone to pick. Can I hide here?"

"Sure!" Silas replied, opening the door to let Taime inside. The room he shared with a few of the other students wasnt large, but it was currently empty of other inhabitants.
Well unless you called a box with a half eaten pizza, and a bag of junk food inhabitants. "Make yourself at home."

Relief written on his face, he slumped inside, finding a convenient chair to fall into. "Thank you. I hope you've had a more fun evening than I did."

A grin made it's way onto Silas' features as he shut the door. "Maybe!"
"I just picked up a Pizza and came back here to tinker with things, and watch the new Episode of Vera Hawke though."
A look of concern crossed his features. "Did things continue to go south at that Ithorian restuarant?"

He shook his head. "Nah, I just hate having to put on a good face and try to clean things up when things do go wrong. Like, seriously Byron? That couldn't wait til we got home? You gotta hash things out in public?"
He shakes his head. "The Ithorians were great though, friendly and pretty open. I just didn't really want to eat so many bugs. But I felt like I had to. Hospitality and all that."

"Byron really was Byroning again." Silas murmured with a shake of his head. "I dont think he very good at seeing things from other peoples point of view though." He shook his head. "We don't have go down that Mynock pit though. Want to help me tinker of a few things? I promised you lessons."
The mention of bugs made him squirm a bit and Silas shook his head. "I hope that's not what you have in that box. I dunno something about eating bugs just kills my appetite." Which is why there was pizza.

He nodded vigorously. "That sounds like fun. Let's do it!"
After Silas mentioned the bugs, he put the box behind him. "Uhh. It was the only way I could get out of eating them all when I was there. I can go throw them away somewhere else if you like."

"No, that's okay. It's bad to waste food after all," Not like he was going to eat them anyways. "I wonder if bugs taste any better cold though, or reheated?" Pizza was good cold after all!
Moving over to his bed, Silas Pulled out his toolkit and grinned. "We can work onsomethign for you then! You need somethign cool to wear besides robes." Silas said with a firm nod, Now that he thoguht of it he needed to work on Di's outfit too though.

He shakes his head. "I don't know, but I'd rather have the pizza." Looking at him, he wondered why Silas was so nice to him. "I mean, I guess it would be useful. But aren't you worried about wasting materials? What if you need them?"

"Well, grab a slice if you want." Silas replied with a easy smile as he went about unpackign and setting everything up. "I'm not too worried about the materials honestly. I won't be able to take them with me down to Ilum, and it's as much practice for me as anything."
"If I end up needing them?" He shrugeed. "I'll cross that bridge when I come to it."

He hesitated, worried he was imposing even now. But Silas seemed like the kind of person who would tell you if you were. So he grabbed a cold slice and sat down near where Silas was unpacking. "Well...as long as its not a bother. That would be cool."

"Alright, I have a design in minfd I think you'll like." Silas murmured as he pulled out his datapad. "Should be pretty easy to do too, all things considered. There will be sewing involved though, so prepare to prick your fingers!" He'd done that plenty of times when he first started.

He squared up and tried to look prepared but he still had a bit of pizza he was chewing. "I'm....ready!" He said, swallowing quickly.

"Good!" Silas replied with a grin. "To start, grab a napkin!." After that Silas glanced down at his supplies."
"Also pray that you like blue."

He chuckles and watches intently as Silas starts. As it starts to come together, his eyes widen. "Silas....this is stunning!"

Taime....had more than a few bandaids on, but it wasn't anything that bad. "I think I'm getting the hang of it. I mean, they let us hold lightsabers right? And those could take a hand, easy. This isn't so bad."
He lowers his head and counts his stitches diligently, almost cute in his concentration. He's plainly determined to do this right.

"Well, training sabers. But I suppose real sabers will be soon enough..." Maybe just a few weeks away now that he thought about it.
A smile was on his lips as he watched Que, but it faded into a frown a few moments later. "Are you nervous about it? Wielding a real saber I mean."
