She slowly inched closer to get a peek at what was showing up on his datapad to get an idea of his designs. "Who's Valee? And how do you go about making these outfits?"

"O'vala is Valee." That was probably one of the simpler nicknames he had. He continued to scroll through designs, some fairly fancy, others a bit odd.

"Well, sewing mostly. You can buy patterned clothes and etc, and of course others take a different sort of work altogether. General hammering of plates and etcetera."

"Oh, O'vala," she recalled the exuberant girl she ran into in the markets. It was a bit of mix fortune that they met, she felt more prepared for the trip in terms of equipment but she might have easily overspent. Nobody really needed two thermal cloaks, after all. "I didn't know that she dances but I think I could see that."

"That's very pretty," she nodded appreciatively at the first blue outfit in particular, with the tassels and the frilly skirt.

"You like it?" He looked towards her and grinned. "Maybe I could make you something liek aht then if you liked?" He'd not really done anythign so frilly before, but then it shouldn't be that hard right. "I think I have a few other things that are similar too if you want to have a look at thouse."

Esla bobbed her head readily at the question. "Maybe with a bit more black...Mm, I don't think I'm running a contest or dancing, so I don't know if there is much of an occasion for you to make it. I think I'm happy enough seeing the designs."

"More black?" He pondered that for a few moments, finally pulling up something at least alittle similar, then another he liked a few moments later.

"I dont really think of the occasions they can be worn, I mostly just make them for fun." He smiled slightly. "You really like black though, don't you? Any other colors you prefer?"

Esla nodded soundly at the first outfit that was shown. However, that perhaps looked too close to something she might already have in her wardrobe already. However, the second outfit was more promising. It was dynamic, as in it had less black and more blue. That was perhaps adventurous enough in her books.

"Black is just something I wear," she said plainly on the matter. It wasn't something she favoured or disliked, perhaps more out of custom than anything else. "Black and anything else is fine. I do like the blue dress, it's very nice."

"It does look expensive..." she brought up on a cautionary note. Something that expensive can't be done in fun, right?

"It would probably be more time consumming then expensive..." He msued as he looked it over, some of the stitching would take extra time. "The cost depends a lot on the fabrics I use though, if I use expensive fabrics, it will be a lot more expensive then if I don't."

He grinned. "Still if you like it, that's reason enough to make it." Silas continued looking up from the data pad, to look the young woman in the eyes. Did you want to send me your measurements? Or should we get together sometime so I can take them?" He wasn't really all that picky either way.

"You will?!" She blurted out with a bit of surprise, despite Silas already saying that he was willing to do such a thing earlier.

"I can give you my measurements..." She accepted the offer with a bit of reluctance. "Is there anything else I can do to make it easier for you to make the dress? Or maybe, anything I can do in return?"

"Sure." He offered with a happy smile, apparently quite pleased with her reaction.

"Hrm... Not anything I can think of offhand." He handed Aina his datapad, so she could enter her measurements, or at the very least get his address so she could send them later. "Well, you might want to shiop for some accesories to go with it? I'm really not that good with shoes." Heels and want made them nice still elluded him.

"Other then that? I'll just be happy igf you wear it from time to time. I really don't need anything in return."

Esla didn't carry a datapad on her readily or used them in her chores, so it took a bit of fiddling for her to use it well as she navigated the fields. She entered her measurements when prompted, her build and form were modest as she looked.

She gave a few nods at the suggestions and handed the datapad back after she was finished. "I'll keep an eye out around here...Hrm, I don't know if I'll get a chance to wear it soon. I get the feeling that we're going to go further and further from cities as we get closer. Maybe...it'll be just us and the masters soon."

Taking the datapad, Silas slipped it into the carrying pouch for it on his side, he didn't want to have it get damamged after all. "Oh, there isn't any real rush for it, it will take at least a few days to finish after all." It's not like he had all the time in the world to spend on it. "And if we don't find a good place to wear it after it's done, you can always send me a picture or something."

Though he would prefer to see it in person, it really wasn't all that nessacary. "I think you are right though, soon enough we'll be at Ilum, and there aren't likely to be many people there at all."

"Oh, yes, I can do that." She said with a sheepish smile. "I don't want it rushed out or anything either. It's very kind of you to do something like this, especially without asking much in return...I would like to wear it to something, with you there. A pretty dress like that should be worn for an event or an occasion."

"Have the masters mentioned where we are going next?"

That almost sounded like an invitation to a date, but then that was probably a silly idea. Jedi really didn't date, even if sometimes he really wanted to go on a date. Attachments and all that. "I'd like that, perhaps we'll have the chance before all this done is done." Or maybe sometimes after it's done? That was possible too right?

"No, this was apparently our only stop other then Ilum, but I really don't think they would bring us here just to see the Ocean. So I imagine there is another stop of this planet in store, I just don't know where exactly."

"Maybe somewhere for a test of some sort?"

Esla gave a wistful smile and an accepting nod. It seemed unlikely that they would see each other again. Then again, she didn't have a good idea what happened after the Trial. Master Farissa did mention that supposedly the Force worked in mysterious ways and tied people together. Sometimes people never see each other again, sometimes people are brought to them through unlikely circumstances.

"There isn't anything schedule tonight, it seems. I guess we'll just have to make the best of our free time. Sometimes I feel like I should be studying, if I knew what to study for."

Elsa was quite the attractice young woman, and Silas found himself turning towards the docks to avoid blushing slightly as the wistful smile touched her lips. "Well, I know at least one thing you could be studying." Silas replied after a few thoughtful moments.

"I have a list of the preadtors on Ilum, as well as a little information about the planet itself. I can send it to your datapad later, and you can study that if you like. It probably won't take too long, but it's a start?" He pursed his lips thoughfully. "Other then that, maybe a little bit of mechanics? We are supposed to craft our own lightsabers after all."

"Predators?" She mused curiously as the very narrow and meagre picture of Ilum in her thoughts grew a little more. At first, she thought it was merely a remote planet and it was cold. "I never thought about the predators on the planet or any wildlife. For some reason, I thought there would be little much of anything, like a temple made into a planet..."

"Oh...mrm..." She frowned with a bit of embarrassment as she looked down. "I don't think I brought a datapad on me..."

He beamed a bright smile at Esla. "I can make you some printouts then. Unless you have one to borrow, that's what Que had to do when I sent some files his way." There was a thoughtful pause.

"If you have the credits though, and want to, we can go shopping for one sometime. They're all kinds of useful for day to day activities..." He trailed off looking a bit embarassed. "Well at least for me, but I like to Surf the web and stuff. That sort of thing isn't for everyone though."

"You're right...I should probably get one of my own." She nodded soundly at that. It was probably a glaring omission that she didn't have one of her own but the training facilities were so well supplied that she never needed one for personal use. Seeing as they were travelling further and further from home, it was probably a very good idea that she picked one up.

She placed her hands together. "I do have some credits...but I don't have a good idea of what to get for a datapad. You probably have a better idea of a good one."

"Then we'll go together, Aina." Silas replied with a bright a smile on his lips. It wasn't a date or something, but it was a excuse to spend more time with a pretty younf woman, which was aleays a good thing in Silas' book.

"Maybe tomorrow or the next day?" He wasn't quite sure when they'd have the time with all the tests and everything. "Whatever the case it will need to be before we leave." They likely wouldn't have a chance after that.
