Valee Ball (Day 4 Early Afternoon, DLH)

[Silas Myles Pearson]

He stuck his tongue out in return, this was war damnit! Though it was followed by a soft laugh.

"Oh, I suppose you could hand me that hydrospanner over there." He said, gesturing to a tool on her side of the worldbench.

[O'vala Aeser]

O'vala picked up some tool. She wasn't really sure if it was the hydrospanner or not. "This?"

[Silas Myles Pearson]

Silas' lips spread into a grin. "Correct! That's five points for you, Miss Valee."

"You might want to remember that for when you make your own lightsaber." He added a moment later.

[O'vala Aeser]

"There's points?"

O'vala blinked. "Oh yeah, we have to do that. Crap!"

[Silas Myles Pearson]

"Yeah! Well, I thought points would be fun. There isnt normally points though." He explained.

"Yup, we can kinda think of this as practice, right."

[O'vala Aeser]

"Oh. Okay! Points!" O'vala tilted her head. "How do we track them? Who has what? Who's playing?"

The miralian groaned. "Ugh. I'm going to do so poorly without your help!"

[Silas Myles Pearson]

"You'll do fine. I can keep track of the points in my head after all. Or we can write them down on my data pad, either is easy enough."

"As for how it works, when I do somethign good you give me points. And when you do somethign good I give you points?" He pondered for a moment. "Maybe the winner gets a prize?"

[O'vala Aeser]

"Writing it down helps prevent fudging or misremebering things!" O'vala then crossed her arms. "But shouldn't there be an impartial party too if it's a prize for us two?"

[Silas Myles Pearson]

"Well, only if one of us plans to cheat." He narrowed his eyes, though his smile was still a bit playful.

"You didn't plan to cheat, did you Valee?"

[O'vala Aeser]

"Pssh, of course not. But you need an impartial judge for these things!"

[Silas Myles Pearson]

"If you insist." Silas said with a sigh.

"I suppose that means no points though, as we dont have anyone to judge."

[O'vala Aeser]

"That also means there's no prize then!"

[Silas Myles Pearson]

"Yup, so we are at an impasse." Silas replied with a serious nod. "We either go without a prize, or without a impartial judge, and instead rely on the honor system."

[O'vala Aeser]

O'vala remained silent for a long while. "I don't know, this is hard!"

[Silas Myles Pearson]

"How about we flip for it then?" Silas asked after a thoughtful moment. It was as easy an answer as anything.

[O'vala Aeser]

"You mean backflips? Cause I'm pretty sure I'd win then, easily."

[Silas Myles Pearson]

"Nah, we'll flip a washer, and you'll pick a side. If it comes up with what you said we play the game, if it doesn't we don't" Those rules should be easy enough right?

[O'vala Aeser]

"Hm, isn't that a game in itself?"

[Silas Myles Pearson]

"Yup!" Pixking up a spare washer, Silas scrawled a little design on one side before flipping it in the air.

"Call it! X's or O's!"

[O'vala Aeser]

"Uh, O for O'vala then?" She placed her hands on her hip, her head tilted.
