It was a littlw later in the Day, but Silas had gather some of the others and returned to the Lost Lab of the day before. It was perhaps miracously a bit warmer, not that is felt anything but cold regardless, and it was time to get this show started. "Everyone ready?" Silas asked as the speeder deposited them outside the facilityy, this time with a few pieces of additional gear.

Byron was present, if distant, though mindful of the moment.

Eir came along, she didn’t want to leave their explorations unfinished, and perhaps things would go better if they could hook up some power.

Zanja had spent all that (mental) energy figuring out how to navigate this place yesterday; she wasn't going to be left out this time. Besides, who else was going to keep the others from getting lost in the icy bowels of Ilum or whatever?

"Let's get to it." She slid out of the speeder and sauntered up to the now-unfrozen exterior doors.

Silas nodded, and picked up the backup generator, someone had to carry. "Alright, let's head to engineering in." He replied as he walked towards the entrance.

Byron nodded and made his way through the door unless there was issues and then with Silas' aid hooking up the portable power to get the place powered up.

"Before we flip the switch this could enact any number of protocols or systems, so be prepared," he said calmly.

Unlike yesterday, Eir’s hands were free, alert to dangers she hadn’t anticipated the day before.

"Yup." Silas replied, taking a breath and letting the force infuse his muscles. "I'm ready when you are." He offered with a smile.

((Committed force to brawn.))

Zanja settled her scanner goggles over her eyes and gave a firm nod. “Only one way to find out.”

The door was still accessible, with only a layer of ice that needed to be scraped off the controls outside, and the adventurers made their way inside to the maintance again.

Everything was as they had left it. Even the remains of the droids they had fought in the corridor had not moved since they were there yesterday.

Hooking up the generator to the console took some time, but was an easy task for them working together... now it was just to hold their breath and see what would happen.

OOC: If anyone wants to use Force powers to committ to (Sense, Enhance, etc), you may choose to do so now before flipping the switch.

Byron wanted no part of surprises so his Senses were heightened.

OOC: Commit Force die to Sense.

Hold onto your butts...

The switch of power was flicked, and energy surged into the consoles. Soon, the room lit up with blue and white lines along the floor, walls, and ceiling, slowly leading out of the room as the power continued to distribute. The hum of energy was a soft and almost warm sound.

And so the computer spoke to them. "Silver Secant, authorization?"

Byron looked at Silas and said, “Let’s slice this stupid tin can and move on unless you speak Gree.”

OOC: Offering to aid Silas with slicing the controls and gain root access.

"I've got nothing." Silas replied as he pulled out his slicing tools. "Wish we had that holocron of Meli's though."

"We have the Force and our know how, it will be enough," Byron replied.

OOC: You can use my Intellect 4 for your Computers check.

The two guys managed to figure out the systems easily enough. It seemed the security may have deteriorated a bit over the years.

"Black Bisector, welcome. Silver Secant is now Blue Parallel with Black Bisector. Orange nonagon required, please standby."

From the control panel, they could see the power returning to the rest of the complex. Now that they looked more closely at the layout, it seemed like it might be a vessel of some sort?

The sound of heavy metal was coming their way from the corridor behind them.

Byron said to the others, "I am guessing that is the welcome droid here to deliver cuddles with extreme prejudice."

"Then let's take cover, at least. Maybe get the drop on it. Unless you geniuses can shut it down from the console. "

Zanja suited action to word by looking around the room for a good ambush spot.
