Byron sat in a common area as he puzzled over the half created lightsaber hilt, it was coming along well but still not complete but he had integrated the Gree components adding a very personalized style that fit his hand like a glove.
OOC: Open for all just posting to track progress.

Byron nodded at her work, it was well done.

The trance broken she sat back to look at what she had done. It should have taken longer. Picking it up she felt the grip and texture.
"Huh, feels good. Balance seems right."
She suppressed a yawn.

“It looks great… you did well,” he responded. “I am still trying to find how I want to integrate some of this Gree technology."

"Gree technology? What have you been up to this time?" She gave him a tired smile. "It sounds like you're going to have a pretty unique hilt if it's got Gree tech in it."

"Found it in a settlement in the canyons nearby... used to belong to a Gree droid," he responded.
"I am hoping it will be unique... guessing it may give the modulation of the light blade an interesting appearance," he finished.

That got her attention. "Oh, you found Gree droids here too? I guess that makes a lot of sense. Master Xho had all that Gree tech in his lab, and he tended not to travel so much. I guess he got a lot of it locally."
She gave him a warm smile. "Well I'm looking forward to seeing yours once it's finished. I bet you'll be using yours a lot more than I'll be using mine."

“I mean on the one hand possibly true, but hopefully not. Action is fun and all and but still we should try and resolve things with words… but droids don’t tend to talk once they activate their combat protocols,” he joked.

Zizzy made a funny voice. "Jedi Cop? Does not compute. Engage attack protocols!" She laughed and looked down at her handiwork.
"I completely agree. I'd better learn to use this more effectively just in case, but I hope I don't have to." She lifted it and tried to imagine how it would look when it was complete.

“Jedi Cop does not play by the rules, he just gets results,” he said in a gravelly voice.
“I am betting some of our best lightsaber duelists are some of the most peaceful members as well. If anything, learning to use it can be a form of meditation and exercise,” Byron offered.

Tendrils drifted lazily as she nodded. "I find it really calming to practice. And the exercise is great. I just don't think I'm getting much better. I guess we can't all be legendary duellists like Jedi #4 though. Oh, but I'm making really good progress with telekinesis. Camlen said that I should consider learning more Niman."

“My connection to the Force is not as great as others, it is coming along but if I am going to sort out issues, it will be with my words and my lightsaber. I do want to focus my talents to move objects though, has a surprising tactical advantage and seems super useful,” he responded.
“I mean the look on some pirate’s face when I open the door from the opposite side with the Force, that would be great,” he said smirking.

"I can definitely see the applications. I think my force skills are going to outclass my lightsaber skills first,I guess we're opposites that way Jedi Cop." She chuckled.
"I'm thinking maybe I could be a Jedi Investigator. So many mysteries to solve! I'll be Zizzy Roosh, J.I."

“Now you just need a dingy office with books and datapads everywhere plus a bottle of Zelurian whiskey. Then some handsome bloke enters and needs you for a case that will quickly get you in over your head and you won’t know who to trust, except Jedi Cop. You can always trust me to have your back and to be ready to punch the bad guys that need punching,” he offered.
“I think I am going to be a Knight, if they will have me. Travel the galaxy. Maybe grow a beard.”

"Haha, if Veera Hawke is anything to go by I think I'll also need a hat. And you better believe I'll be calling Jedi Cop if I need any backup. He's very trustworthy you know." She winked. "I was his roommate for a while, his only weakness is noodles."
She studied his face for a moment. "Yeah, you could rock a beard. And you'll make a great Knight. I wonder who we'll be assigned too."

“Patience Zizzy it will be revealed to us in time, I am sure would be the response,” he said warmly.
“It is a long road we have traveled, and to think even though it seems like an ending it is really just a new beginning for all of us, so much to see and experience and so many truths to reveal and mistakes to overcome.”

"Master Orgus, is that you?" She laughed. "He is a good role model."
She took a moment to hold the saber hilt. It would hopefully be with her for some time. "Every ending is simply a new beginning. It's true. We've got a whole galaxy of new experiences ahead of us. Triumphs and failures. Monotony and adventure. Jedi Cop and Jedi P.I."
Her eyes met his. "Don't be a stranger. I mean I won't miss the snoring, but you're a good friend Byron."

“If I have learned one thing the Force can forge powerful connections, I am sure our paths will cross after we are parted,” he responded thoughtfully.

Zizzy nodded, she had the feeling it was inevitable. "When the force wills it. Of course you've got my comm channel too so you can always call." She smiled and looked over at the holocron.
"Hey, do you want to say hi to Camlen?"
